Processing Applicant Data

We collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of conducting application procedures to the extent that this is necessary for the decision to establish an employment relationship with us. Legal basis is thereby Article 88 GDPR (DSGVO), § 26 (1, 8 page 2) German Civil Code (BDSG) 

If we hire you, we may process the personal data already received in accordance with § 26 (1) of the German Civil Code (BDSG), when necessary for the purposes of employment. We store the data of rejected applicants for a possible defense of claimed legal rights from the application process up to 6 months after receipt of the cancellation in text form on the basis of Article 6 (1 f) of the GDPR (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest is a possible obligation to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). A further storage is only carried out with the express consent of the applicant.
